Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads (templates, plugins, scripts, themes, and tools) are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered.
2. Services
For custom development services:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds may be issued for incomplete work if mutually agreed upon
- Milestone-based payments are refundable for uncompleted milestones
3. Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
4. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent product usage and cannot be resolved
- Product significantly differs from description
- Duplicate purchases
